By accessing Material Optimiser Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this optimization service.
2. Precision & Liability
While our algorithm aims for 100% mathematical accuracy, real-world cutting factors (blade run-out, material tension, human error) exist. We are not liable for wasted material or incorrect cuts. Always verify the cutting list against your physical stock before starting your project.
3. Pro Subscription
Pro features are provided on a subscription basis. We use secure third-party processors (Gumroad/Stripe) and never store your credit card details on our servers. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard.
4. Service Availability
We provide Material Optimiser as an 'as-is' service. We reserve the right to update algorithms, change features, or modify the interface to improve the workshop experience for all users.
